@MESOHIPPUS but this is trabsnistria, they aren't russians. And russians are humans, should be treated as such. If not, what's the difference of what putinism advocates and us? Transnistria is the sort of thing that happens in europe a lot, all of us have regions, areas etc who aren't one thing nor another but due to time and good policy became part of something. An example, the basques, who aren't french nor spanish (and actually a pre indo-european language) but that presently live in both spanish territory and in ftench territory and for all purposes have such nationalities. And I have a tone of such examples.
The difference to transnistria is putinists placing a tone pf money to keep a status quo with the intent of destabilizing moldova (romenia is the final goal).
Best policy in these instances is not to antagonize the people but to understand the unfair position they are placed. And about language, it is an european language of great authors, we shouldn't give putinist the russian language as it isn't theirs, they just so happen to have kidnaped it, as they do with all things.
