  1. There are very good agro-engeneers who have a very good comprehensible know how and actually have been giving training to farmers in areas such as permaculture and regenerative farming. Some local practices have actually drained the health of the land thru bad practices from generation to generation.

  2.  @BrutusAlbion  east has the same mentality problem, it isn't a geography issue. "We" didn't outsource out environmental problems, "we" aproved legislation and companies were very much invited by eastern politicians also not thinking in the long run who "promissed" no equal regulation or too look the other way. Sick and tiered of ignorant prespective of the world.
