  1. They aren't neutral, their waiting to see if russia dissolves and they get their regions back, meanwhile they go the "yes sir mode" - not the smartest strategy, but georgia isn't stopping georgian to serve in ukrainian army.

  4.  @Katoshi_Takagumi  georgia has a gas pipeline of competing suppliers of russian gas. And then armenia and azerbaijan is where one of the silk and road is suppose to pass who competes with the alternative north route, aka, russia. Hope to have given u a basis of research.
