@TheDisinformationProjectNz nuclear doesn't make u powerful. Example, pak is nuclear but has no power or foreign influence. India is nuclear, but has little to no influence, if it had, there would be no sri lanka crisis.

@arthurchonyera7031 nope, UN vote, a lot of both asian and african countries voted against russian invasion, 144 to be precise, that's the vast majority.

@arthurchonyera7031 russia wasn't provoked. Whatever happened in ukraine, it isn't about russia as it isn't russia territory. Russia only reacted because it wants to have power over a territory that is hers by force.

@TheDisinformationProjectNz actually no. They are backing ukraine as a principle. They don't want a neighbor to invade on influence their own separatism problems which, if it wasn't for russia producing, there wouldn't be one. A lot of countries have runaway regions, none of them want meddling without themselves concenting it. Principle of self preservation is very strong at the UN.

@arthurchonyera7031 ukraine is not russia, those are 2 different countries. And before the beguining of the putinist propaganda points, a country is a polotical construct of and international recognized government and borders. Not civil at all, very much one country producing separatism (where there was none but a few barking dogs like a lot of countries have) and than using that to justify a full blown invasion and cowardly not even declaring war. Now, u were saying?

@trumpforever6706 while usa was there those "fighters" were hiding in caves and their leaders mostly in pakistan. Bad comparison, usa army didn't lost to the taliban, the afghan army did due to the medeling of pak and its moronic foreign policy. And pak is paying the ultimate price which is a way more insecure pakistan with terrorist attacks on the monthly basis. Just last week, it was a hostage situation in a prison and a bunch of inmates freed. So 🤷‍♀️what are u talking about? Some countries are horrible neighbours, pak is one of them.

@cryptosashi7653 russia wasn't isolated since the fall of ussr. Russia was subsidized by usa, remember the bread coupons. A lot of countries invested in russia economy. So bad comparison.

@arthurchonyera7031 both syria and lybian wars are CIVIL, meaning it isn't legal or illegal, albeit very depressing. Legality or illegality is when a foreign country starts a war not an internal conflict, which is the case for ukraine. In both syria and lybia, usa and other countries intervened but none annexed territories. Facts.

"who cares about UN" - well anyone who prefers diplomatic attempts at solving conflict, albeit thru a very imperfect organization, like all man made organizations, as there is no perfection. Ur reasoning besides xenophobe is also very immature and insecure. Sad really. Taiwan, Japan, South Korea aren't in either nato nor west and they also participate in the sanctions.
