It's a country scarcely populated with a downward demographics, not a country fool of young adventurous guys. On the internet age those kind of strategies don't work, there is no true imformation control.

  5.  @marcphelan9883  not all sistems are alike. UK is a monarchy not a republic. It isn't 1 sistem fits all. Did u know republicanism was imposed in my country and it wasn't asked? It was quite oppressive moment.
