 @joaoluis654 EU doesn't have military spending, each member state has its own foreign and military policies.

@VolkerHett how do u propose overcoming historical grievances between neighbours who won't serve under said neighbour? And how will eu member states align in foreign interests to achieve a single foreign policy?

@daveharruk sure, I agree, but we still have diferent foreign interests for each eu member, we still have some old territory/ interests unsolved between member states. The root cause of not have an align army nor foreign policy. Without takling such issues, there can't be an eu army.
