  2.  @francessimmonds5784  I was actually referring to actual neglect of people who are about 80% of fire starters according to the ministry of agriculture of portugal. A corridor of permaculture crossing Iberia would diminish the effects but tackling climat change wouldn't change these fire: they are because ur average joe starts a burning of trash in the middle of a heat wave as an example. Politics wouldn't change this unless we were living in a police state. It's culture of neglect behavior.
