  3.  @beatusSLO  because it's an ongoing investigation none info was released. I would suspect there was simptoms (or they wouldn't test them). Could be a lot of things, it's just a weird situation.

  4.  Kenelm Pace  makes sense, but it's all speculation until the report comes out. Either way someone is responsible of taking precautions between the 2 doses. Its a care facility it should have tight higine protocols until all this mess is under control.
