@alinaswesimutowe9386 1. Palestine at that point wasn't a country (it's anexation albeit negative or condemned falls in a grey area of intern law, thank the arabs for that one) 2. Temporary ocupation (it's stops being so when political power is given to any local) =/= anexation. 3. Whoever doesn't consider above 2 points is either deflecting or propagating, neither fall under the category of making a point.

@alinaswesimutowe9386 country - a political construction of an organized territory, govern and borders (notice that it's people are not on the definition). Palestine was/is a territory who falls under egipt, palestine (the project of a country), israel, jordan, lebanon and syria. Afghanistan also falls under the definition of territory as it's govern isn't intern recognized and both old and new regime don't recognize the border with pakistan. Than u have the de-facto status: palestine is a de-facto country and state (albeit without proper defined territory and borders and governm - yes it has the ability to fail all 3) and so is israel (who at least doesn't fail the 3 but 2 of them). Get it now?

 @Thunder_Dome45 usa does invade and meddle, what it hasn't done since UN exist and intern law forbids is anexations, that previously were seen as legitimate.
