  2. It isn't due to military power, it's that iran is full of an anti-regime young generation. The regime knows that it's biggest enemy is within, not external. This makes going to war quite impossible - u can't use ur forces to control internally and atack externally at the same time.

  4.  @JasonWinstanley-g1x  that's a misunderstanding. If it just a biz, than there wouldn't be a need of prior state aproval for a sale, which is the main reason industrial complex is state dependant which makes it not such a good deal.
