Not really, some countries either came to a share country agreement (belgium) or 1 group just submit all others under it (spain), some a product of a rulling elite (portugal). There is a bit of everything 🤷‍♀️

@ilieblaga7711 🤦‍♀️absolute what a genious word. Do u need others to reference all identity groups living in each country? Do u consider urself that superior in knowlege of any part of the world? What makes u need so much self superiority in such a nuanced topic? Worst, u go around fishing to see if strangers school u. There are a number of degrees (a place u pay teachers as opose to slave labour) to aquire the basics. Me? I'm not being payed so I won't take my time to explain to u why the word absolute should never be place in the equasion nor am gonna list the number of countries who effectively work as such not only in europe but around the world cause guess what? Ur not paying me but I did pay to study such and put in the work.

@amystern123 never compare usa to the mess europe is. This is beyond law or regime, this is about identity and political agency mixed with tribalism european style. Usa is a multinational experiment, europe is multi nations (not nationality) that been at war for generations with no winners. It's a mess with a lot of vernish (money) to desguize it 🤷‍♀️
