  1.  @mingouczjcz3800  not like this: in the west its more a of dance between parties of interest (the people is one of them but there is also the unions, the industrial associations, agriculture lobbies etc etc) when its about internal affairs. In a case like this it would probably go to earlier elections in a lot of countries (and it usually doesn't go this far). Also, west has diferent political rules from country to country, so it isn't 1 rule fits them all.
