This isn't ur ordinary drug lord, this is the top boss of sinaloa, the inventors of drug cartel and worst, protected by the people, why? cause this guys father used drug money and gave people stuff like housing, roads etc, stuff the government didn't.   22. It's basic math. Imagine if for example something happens to egipt (one of the countries that surely will suffer from climate change) that's a population of 100 million. Just 10% of that trying to reach the uk would be my entire country migrating. It's a very scary and possible scenario.
