  1. Isis has been making atacks in iran, turkey etc. They had foiled 1 a week ago in moscow. Than they laxed and usual incompetence allowed this. And putin is trying to spin this on ukraine to rally support, cause it looks bad on him that security failed big time.

  2. I was also suspicious but I found that russia (due to their "interrogation") was able to send info to turkey and there was a huge multi location raid. They caught 40 isis in turkey. This made me consider that it actually these are the culprits.
