  2. Now u know that the regime changed but the mentality has not. Either its good business for both sides or its abuse. This has a solution good for both sides: south africa just needs to finance the change in agriculture methods by copying countries who are already used to farm and graise in mountanous areas. This would be the only way to help and avoid the displacement.

  3. A bad deal for 1 side is a bad deal for both. Creating a problem to have a solution is a very bad deal.

  4. Yes, as I see it there is a solution of farming, graizing etc in the mountanous lands. It just needs yhe infrastructure and tech investment. That should have been 1 condition for the dams in the agreements.
