Returning to America after spending one year in Germany (1972-73), I was impressed by the glorious lifestyle they lived and disgusted by the American lifestyle. When I brought this up to Americans, they looked at me like I was crazy! So, I washed my hands of them, thoroughly wiped my feet as I left America and never returned. Mr. Wolff, you make more sense than 95% of the others who speak on this subject, thank you sir.

After living in German for one year (1971-72), upon my return to America I was embarrassed to call myself an America, after seeing the quality lifestyle the Germans live, compared to the Americans. When I told Americans what you just told the world, they looked at me like I was crazy, so I washed my hands of them, thoroughly wiped my feet, before leaving American and never returned.

@jamiemcgill67 Quality of life, food that taste good and is healthy, fabulous beer, no fear of cops, a sane society, people who know how to drive and well thought out traffic laws, beautiful and fit women, people you can carry on an intelligent conversation...I can go on.

@ChestnutTreeCafe Norway will allow anyone from any country to go to college for free, Australia is always looking for over-the-road truck drivers, USA with its endless wars is always looking for contractors, most foreign Corporations are looking for Western talent, there are many ways to escape.

@jamiemcgill67 If you are young go to Norway, they are offering free college to anyone who cares to come there, if you are older apply for jobs overseas.
