Dual Purpose (DP) has nothing to do with the fuse, DP means its destruction; first, its target like vehicles, bunkers etc., second destruction, will be the fragments that it throws in all directions to dispatch troops outside, who are within the kill radius of said fragments. Personally, I do not accept the concept behind 'disposable' munition launchers! I prefer the Russian RPG; which is a tube, that can be reloaded with different purpose recoil-less rounds! The RPG is simple, reliable, cheap, easy to use and each squad member can carry many rounds!
