Comments by "PM" (@pm71241) on "On Trump, Russia, & Impeachment (Pt. 2) | David Frum | POLITICS | Rubin Report" video.
If Dave thinks Bernie was talking about "rattling the system the same way", then he doesn't get a single word of what Frum just said.

Before I care about "establishment" or not, I care about being honest, facts, and truth.

Trump is first and foremost a corrupt businessman working to create a Russian style oligarchy and with a fascination of authoritarian rulers. Whether he is "conservative" or "liberal" is just nonsense. He's neither. He cares about himself. That's his ideology.

> He just stated that the DNC hadn't done anything unethical during the run-up No he didn't ... go watch that part again. > Clinton also hired a foreign actor to lie about Trumps affiliation to the Russians First of all ... the claim that what Cambridge Analytical produced is lies is totally subjective on your part. Secondly ... how does that even compare to colluding with the Russian government?

Huh? ... I've gotten used to hear insane stuff in the comment section of The Rubin Report ..... but... seriously?

Your entire case rest on the premise that doing the private opposition research which the Democrats did (which btw. was started by republicans) is in ANY WAY "the same dirt" as what they just talked about with Trump. THAT'S JUST NONSENSE ... even if what he produced was false (which nothing indicates it is). YOU watch from 8:08 again and listen to what he says. He explicitly doesn't say that the Democrats didn't play dirty. He just says that it's in no way comparable to the treason the Trump campaign is accused of.

Jesus ... this is why the rest of the world look at the US with their jaws on the floor.

> Stefan Molyneux ? For what purpose?... Molyneux is not an honest actor... He's a conspiratorial ideologue.
1
yeah... exactly what Sam Harris said he worried about. Molyneux is nuts.

+Obo299 No ... I think you totally misunderstood my point. I was talking about those outside the US who are stunned with disbelief looking at the ignorance which created Trump.

No - but foreigners do get to have an opinion (like everybody else) ... and Trump is almost right ... We would be laughing if it was funny, though not for the reason he thinks. The reason it's not funny is that the USA was an experiment of the enlightenment an now we see it dismantling it self through a total disregard for what's true and with an authoritarian wannabe oligarch at the rudder.
1
> an opinion that most Americans completely ignore Yeah... that doesn't really improve their reputation in - say - Scandinavia. > The enlightenment argued for people's right to vote their own leaders. Not for an aristocracy that we have to put up with. It's a bit rich for you to pretend to care about the "enlightenment". Not at all ... There's a reason why Thomas Paine wrote "The Age of Reason" ... facts and truth matters. And right now "Alternative Facts" are guiding the US into a Russian style oligarchy. - back to feudalism.
