So "self-propelled artillery" is actually a male tank? I didn't know there was such a difference between the sexes in this species. Truly majestic and inspiring. :D

I've heard it said by sensible commentators that the transition to an artillery war favors Russia, as this is historically their best military arm. Hopefully the Ukrainian Armed Forces can withstand Russian attempts to systematically destroy everything in defended areas; after a certain point one basically has to either retreat or be obliterated in place.

@oleksiy_r Historically, the Russian and the Red Armies have been artillery-based armies if you look closely. Whether that will hold true... we'll see. There's also the comment that I heard that "Russia always underperforms in the first year or two of every war it fights." Something to consider; what happens if the Russian Army actually gets its shit together over the next year?
