  11. I mean it! Traditional British country cuisine is seriously underrated—like Cornish Lobster Thermidor sautéed with brandy, Potted Pheasant or Roast Venison Loin with Blackberry Sauce… it’s on par with French cuisine. People just don’t talk about it enough!

  12. What's wrong with moving to the Czech Republic? Well, I’ve been there, done that. I enjoy spending part of the summer there, but it’s not the place for big success in business and life. There’s a lack of global vision and hunger for excellence, traits you’ll find in G7 countries for example. I can't stand that mentality of low expectations and mediocrity—it drains my energy. To achieve great things, you need to be around over-achievers who push you to think bigger, act bolder, and never settle for average. You want places where you can think and act on a global stage, like London, Dubai, or New York. Not Prague or some small town in Czech Republic. See my point?

  50. Good point. I spent a few weeks in Faro down south, but once you drive west and cross the Guadiana River into Spain towards Seville, everything becomes more cheaper and vibrant on the Spanish side. You’ve got tapas, flamenco… you know what I mean?

This perspective is often missing in Western countries, where people tend to take their freedom for granted. The reality is, hard times create strong people. Strong people create good times. We're in the process of sorting out education for our kids though—looking into online solutions or possibly an international school. If it works out, we'd love to try Thailand for the winter as well!
