Ben Shapiro has never claimed criticism of Israel is anti-Semitism. Slandering Israel as part and parcel of slandering the entire Jewish race and religion is anti-Semitism. You equate opposition to BDS to intolerance of criticism of Israel. The express goal of BDS is the destruction of the state of Israel. Another holocaust, in other words.

About the Cruz birtherism. How do you arrive at that understanding? There are 2 types of citizens; naturalized citizens, who were not born citizens but become citizens by a legal process called naturalization; and natural born citizens, those who were citizens from birth. A child of one or more American citizens is a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN of the US in the sense of the Constitutional clause and always has been. Dual citizenship means more than one country recognizes a person as a citizen, and has no standing whatsoever in US law. To clarify, a foreign country considering you a citizen has no impact on your US citizenship status. You may have to renounce foreign citizenship to qualify for high elected federal office. But the fact that you ONCE HELD IT does not taint your eligibility going forward, and prior to Trump wanting an edge against Cruz, nobody ever thought of claiming that it did. This is simply not a grey area in the law. Cruz was, and remains, eligible to run for president of the US, tendentious self serving denials notwithstanding.
