@pepegalego That is absurd. Cruz should NOT have been clogging the lines of emergency communications with political grandstanding in a crisis. If he was a governor, or even a lieutenant governor, that would have been a different story. An EXECUTIVE can ACT. Out of the way is where he should have been.

@pepegalego Do you really not understand what a Senator does? He's not a member of the state or the federal executive branch, and he's not a first responder.

majorkuntz This is irrelevant. He was born to a US citizen, so he's a "natural born citizen" in the Constitutional sense. Canada doesn't have "birthright citizenship" (only US does). Or are you claiming being born in Canada was a bad choice ON HIS PART? Trump lied about this. Ann Coulter lied about this. Doesn't change the facts.

@katofmine I agree with the OP and I voted for Cruz in the 2016 primary, Trump in the general election 3 times, and Trump in the 2020 primary. So your guarantee isn't worth the paper it's written on.
