@jeffreykaufmann2867 Israel is not carpet bombing the homes of Palestinians. They don't have heavy bombers, like we used in France and Germany during the last big one. War does have rules. Israel is observing them and Hamas is not. These rules do NOT preclude civilian casualties. They didn't in WW2. Fortunately, at that time the adults were in charge, otherwise those rules would be gone for good. The rules of war DO NOT require a belligerent to stand and take the ONGOING fire from an area just because Hamas is forcing people to stay there. They are destroying missile sites, munitions and equipment dumps, and control centers as they should and must, regardless of who is held there.
