At best (being as optomistic as possible about the integrity of the court), the FISA court surveillance warrants were issued because the feds lied about the provenance and reliability of the Steel Dossier. This is a documented fact. At worst, they were negligent themselves. That they had "good reason" is not an option on the menu. All the cards are on the table now that we know what they knew. There can be no hidden factors that allow for your assertion to be true.
