  4.  @MarkSullivan_xyz  Wishful thinking is that Ukraine somehow have capabilities to produce nuclear weapons. If they do, it will only add another argument for Russia to eliminate this hostile regime. Russia will not tolerate this. And I doubt the West will agree to Ukraine having nuclear weapons either.

  6. Putin was not in power when Ukraine gave up its nuclear weapons (which by the way was not theirs in the first place, with launching codes were in Moscow anyway).
