  1. Yes. There is lots to do to stabilise the property market. There are also ready buyers waiting for better prices. China's economy, however, will not be stuck in the rut by property. Demand is turning around for Chinese goods. With steady management and control of financing and property rule changes, there will be no implosion. Time to invest in property stocks?
