  1. The creation of this job does suggest one thing. It suggests that the BBC host is economically separated from social media technology whereas; Jimmy is not. The alternative social media producers are united with the technology but a hired social media expert is using the social media and technology of their employer. Whereas it is Jimmy’s voice and free thinking we see and hear producing in social media but in the BBC host the voice we hear in social media are the voices of BBC owners. The host is not free to be her own person as a BBC employee. The worker-management relation is an oppressive social condition for employees.
