  1. Putin or not, America is a despotic place to work; the mortal stakes are high. Are you a manager that supervises the workplace for gaps of activity that are not making value for the company? If this is what you do for a living, you are policing people to not act or be natural but are ordering them to do the social thing and hand over their mind and body to the company. No sitting, drinking, breaking for a tea, coffee, no stretching before working, no taking in some air, no recurring trips to the bathroom, no sips of water when working, actions such as these done too many times and you are shown the door. Natural behavior are not activities permitted under the all-seeing eye of corporate management where time is money.
