  1. Free market capitalism. Land is bought and sold. Buyer can be anyone. The seller has to have the rights to sell the land. There is no law that says this deal is illegal. American Congress de-regulated America so that buyers and sellers can buy and sell any commodity they like. Gonna take a long time before Americans understand how unbridled capitalism works and by then they will so poor they won’t do anything to prevent it,---powerless in subjugation to economic forces and anonymous owners.
