  1. The American people should pay attention to Congress appropriating money for war. The weapons manufacturers bill the US tax payer as ‘payment of services’ and claim ownership of the economy’s surplus. The commitment to sell the economic surplus is always one step ahead of production. They realize the surplus must return to circulation after more value goes into the weaponry in production. The talk about town is jobs, jobs, jobs, all about production. The general movement of the flow of the surplus away from the US taxpayer through Congress to the war manufacturers is circular. It repeats, because it must or money cannot become money prime without going through production. When it reaches M prime, the talk about town is more war. A fresh investment of M prime and how this surplus is shared out is never covered fully in the press but this is where the US taxpayer gets ditched and shoved out of the car in the road by every politician having a hand in the process.
