  1. It will be interesting to see who rises through the party after Xi. Its made clear the South China Sea, Taiwan, Tibet and Hong Kong are unfinished business for China as holdovers of the British Colonial Era and the Opium Wars. They were prizes taken by force and exploitation and never resolved is the historical side of Xi’s political framework and, perhaps, Kissinger would have understood better than State department officials now.
