  1. What a stupid fellow? Bankruptcies lead to monopolies, the larger capitals take over the markets the smaller capitals lost to bankruptcy. He flunked in economics 101. When the dust settles and all the bankruptcies are foreclosed or liquidated it is the large capitals expanding into that market or in the same market as a former competitor who make the acquisition which would include, land and building factories, tools and raw material even a labor-force. Where was he during the 80s? That was a decade of bankruptcies and the 90s was a decade of consolidation of all the debris left over from the failure of smaller businesses. Whichever state this man represents I'd say they have elected a vegetable into office! I think by reading between the lines its a republican blueprint to sabotage and resist taxes intended to cover a portion of America's 2nd New Deal maker over.
