  1. The logic of capital is more, higher profits and more profits. They are not talking to limit the capitalization of fossil fuel. They are not talking about a competition of oil companies and a competition of nations driving high levels of consumption of fossil fuel. Nothing about heavy industrialization for the sake of pumping out more plastic oil based products in mass quantities. Nothing about drilling and mining. All the talks are on the market side of fossil fuel. Relations between buyers and sellers. Bring down consumption by lowering how much is sold. As opposed to hitting climate change by lowering how much is produced would shorten the work day of billions of people on earth.
