Trump provides the Republicans in Congress a diversion while they pass laws that create hoops for women, blacks, Latinos, youth and elderly in general, in and out of the workplace as employers are granted immunity for the excesses of power and hubris they exert on their workforce(s). Workplaces and productivity do not belong to workers in America, therefore, workers are propertyless participants in the place they spend the majority of their time, yet this place in society is of no consequence to Republicans except as a tool for enrichment and must be America's best kept secret to wealth accumulation. Workers are subjects in society, subject to enforcement and objects in the workplace, subject to workplace laws in the eyes of Trump's Congress. A totally upside down reality.
