@cashkitty3472 , Companies have a duty to keep their employees safe. If a bunch of them are too stew pid to get vaccinated, they need to be fired so the remaining employees can work in a safe more on free environment.

Whether boosters make sense or not depends on whether you got Pfizer or Moderna. Two doses of Moderna is 200ug of active ingredient, and Pfizer is 90ug for 3 doses. It therefore makes sense to give everyone who got Pfizer a 3rd dose, because it’s still less than half of 2 doses of Moderna. "Data collected from 18 states between March and August suggest the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine reduces the risk of being hospitalized with COVID-19 by 91% in the first four months after receiving the second dose. Beyond 120 days, however, that vaccine efficacy drops to 77%. Meanwhile, Moderna’s vaccine was 93% effective at reducing the short-term risk of COVID-19 hospitalization and remained 92% effective after 120 days."

The WHO wants to save doses for the unvaccinated. If Moderna reduced their dose to 30ug, then they could vaccinate over twice as many people with 3 doses like Pfizer.

@justreality4054 , Employers need to protect their unvaccinated employees. The most effective way to protect them if they refuse to get vaccinated is to fire them.
