@madirae01 , Well, the vaccines are extremely effective against severe disease and hospitalization.

At 4:00, “65% of the infected said they had already previously tested positive” And that folks is why so many cases of Omicron are milder than Delta. It has absolutely nothing to do with Omicron being milder and everything to do with immunity from previous infection and vaccination being extremely effective against severe disease. We still don’t have a study comparing the severity of Omicron infection in the immunologically naive compared to the previously infected and the vaccinated that actually shows that Omicron is milder.

@sshms414 , “I’m immunocompromised and un vaxed” Are you really that stew pid?

@nicoledburns82 , Rich Piana did weight training and would be considered overweight on the BMI scale, but had a lot of muscle. He’s dead. Died of a heart attack. Look him up on YouTube.
2
@lazerusphoenix7526 , Did you report your adverse reaction to your country’s vaccine adverse reactions system?

50% of those infected by this virus have been asymptomatic since the pandemic started. Only 10-15% will require hospitalization. Only 1% will die. Therefor, every single bogus home remedy will keep 85-90% of us out of the hospital, and will keep 99% from dying. This is why anecdotal evidence is so deceiving. Even polio is asymptomatic in 90% of those who are infected. Therefor snorting powdered horse crap will appear to protect 90% of the population from the polio virus. This is why double blind placebo controlled trials are important and home remedies are bullsh*t.

There are so many ignore ant dum basses commenting on these videos. Jeeze. No wonder we need mandates. If everyone was smart, it wouldn’t be necessary. Wear a decent mask, and get vaccinated. If everyone did this, the pandemic would have been over long ago.
1
@deagsy , Ummm… Ivermectin doesn’t work bro. Sorry.
1
@nigwasme, The numbers show that the vaccines are over 90% effective at preventing hospitalization. If you had the capacity to understand, I’d explain the math, but obviously you don’t.
1
@bmxracer2701 , Those populations have obviously been previously infected by previous variants. Do you believe that the vaccines are the only way to obtain immunity? Do you not believe in “natural immunity”? This pandemic has been going on for over 2 years already. Please try to use your brain, if you know how.

WTF is wrong with you antivaxxers? Are you all this tarded?
1
@ukcenadmin7362 , Those studying that you are referring to show that Omicron is less severe “in the vaccinated and previously infected” because it grows much more in the upper respiratory tract “in the vaccinated and previously infected”. Show me a study that shows that this is true in the immunologically naive.
1
@sshms414 , Your health issues put you at significantly higher risk of adverse reactions and death from the virus. You are exactly the type of person that the antivaxxers believe are the only people who actually need the vaccines. I hope you get on eBay and order yourself a bunch of 3M N100 masks, and demand that your doctor get you injected with monoclonal antibodies every 3 months, because if you get infected by this virus, there’s an extremely good chance you won’t make it.
1
@bmxracer2701 , You are wrong. There aren’t aren’t enough immunologically naive people left for there to be plenty of data. Before Omicron 95% of the UK had antibodies. Today 97.5% have antibodies. Only 2.5% of the population has been infected while immunologically naive. This is the case everywhere. Populations everywhere are either extremely vaccinated or extremely previously infected, and everything in between. This would obviously be the case after 2 - 3 years of a pandemic.
1
@iriscollins7583 , You can have your antibodies tested. If you have antibodies, but have not been vaccinated, then you have been previously infected. You therefor have T-cell receptors. You would also know if you have previously tested positive on a PCR test. The problem with natural immunity is that you have no clue how much of a dose you got. If the dose is small, you’re more likely to experience mild to no symptoms. You’re also more likely to have less immunity. With the vaccines, not only is there less risk of severe reactions and death, but you also know the dose. The only way the vaccine won’t work is if your immune system is broken.

@Falling_Star_Catcher , Get yourself a 3M N100 mask from eBay, and wear cheap surgical masks underneath to keep it clean on the inside. They cost around $12 each and are significantly better quality than the cheap N95 masks. You can replace them every week or two if you use them every day, or they can last you months if you use them occasionally. N100 masks block 99.97% of particles 0.3 microns across and the mucus droplets that we breathe out are significantly larger. Therefore these masks should be nearly 100% effective. You should also look into getting monoclonal antibody injections and think about taking a different vaccine like J&J or AstraZeneca. They’re not as effective as Pfizer and Moderna, but they’re more effective than nothing. Also, Vitamin D deficiency can cause your immune system to overreact. Vitamin D helps to modulate the immune system, which means it suppresses the immune system so that it doesn’t overreact. You might be Vitamin D deficient, which would explain your adverse reaction to Pfizer. Before changing your vitamins, have your doctors check your vitamin D levels.

@amaliagrassi6870 , How many have died of Covid in Australia again? How many in the UK and US?
1
@amaliagrassi6870 , Too much Vitamin D suppresses your immune system.
1
@bmxracer2701 , You’re obviously extremely confused. You’re probably an ignore ant antivaxxer.
1
@bmxracer2701 , Yup.

Also, cases are supposed to be people who are sick, not people who are asymptomatic but testing positive on a PCR test. The definition of “case” has been defined over 100 years ago long before we even knew what caused disease, let alone has tests for infection. Then suddenly during this pandemic we changed the definition of “case” to include people who aren’t even sick. 90% of those infected by the polio virus are asymptomatic. Only 50% of those infected by SARS-CoV-2 are asymptotic. We have absolutely no clue how many people who are vaccinated against polio would test positive on a PCR test, and how many of them would become contagious, because when polio was a problem, we didn’t have PCR tests. PCR tests are incredibly sensitive and can detect nearly insignificant amounts of viral RNA and DNA fragments. This is new technology for which we have extremely little experience, and we are learning these things on the fly. There’s a lot we don’t yet know, and the public are too ignore ant to understand this.
1
The public therefore has the false belief that the “science” is changing. That scientists are “flip-flopping”. What the public does not understand is that the public is just confused.
