@zwieseler , Not lately. He believes that Omicron is “milder” and is therefore a safe way to get “natural immunity”. But he’s confused because around 98% of the UK population now has antibodies, so they are protected against severe disease. That means that the majority of Omicron cases will be in those who are protected against severe disease and therefore the majority of cases will be mild. But this doesn’t mean that Omicron will be milder in the remaining 2% who are still immunologically naive.

@ghil263 , You’ve obviously already had Covid. I can tell that you’re suffering from long term side effects of infection… How SARS-CoV-2 Causes Brain Damage https://youtu.be/g9Ftwk4loPA

@basshunter69ffs , You’re extremely confused. You must’ve already had Covid and you’re still suffering from the long term side effects. In fact is seems most of y’all ignore ant antivaxxers are suffering from the same long term side effect. How SARS-CoV-2 Causes Brain Damage https://youtu.be/g9Ftwk4loPA

@clairecadoux471 , Antibodies wane. Antibodies protect us from mild infection. T & B cells protect us against severe illness and hospitalization, and they both stick around for decades.

@malcansdell5778 , Vaccines expose us to antigens causing our immune system to develop antibodies and T-cell receptors against those antigens. This is exactly what these vaccines were designed to do, and exactly what they actually do. This makes them vaccines.

@fionabattrum7071 , If you are immune suppressed, then the vaccines won’t work for you no matter how many doses you get. You obviously need monoclonals. Unfortunately a bunch of ignore ant antivaxxers are using them all up and creating a shortage for people like you who need them. It also doesn’t help that Omicron has evolved to evade the majority of the monoclonals that most of the companies develop. I believe there are only two left that work against Omicron. You need to make sure they’re giving you antibodies.
