  1. They should have been training Ukrainian pilots and mechanics since March of last year regardless of whether they plan to send send them or not. F15, F22, and F35 pilots and mechanics too. They should have been preparing just in case. They also should have required everyone from 15 to 60 years old who fled from Ukraine to receive military training so the best of the best could be sent back to Ukraine to fight for their country. They’re should now be several million Ukrainians with over 10 months of training.
