  3. I assume it's an agricultural area, so lots of little villages serving the local farms. A small store, a gas station, an Orthodox church, 5 liquor stores.

  5.  @yoda204  My dream is that the Belarussians rise up in revolt, and Lukashenko boards a helicopter to go to Moscow and beg help from Putin, but as soon as they stop to refuel and he steps off the chopper the crew immediately take off and fly home, leaving him stranded at some airfield, frantically trying to contact a very angry Putin who no longer has any use for him. And then airfield security tells him to get the hell off the air base.
