  5. Maine can get pretty hot in the summer. I have family there and usually go there in the summer or fall, so I know. Heck, lately I've been trying to visit mainly in the spring or fall since New England summers can be brutal, and you know about the winter.

  7. Seriously, take out the cities which trumptards say are "ruining" Texas (DFW, Houston, San Antonio, and of course Austin), and you get "Tejas".

  13. Re. the lack of hospital beds: you can thank the Idahoans who refuse to take COVID seriously and get vaccinated. ID doesn't have many intensive care units, so a lot of them get shipped to Seattle hospitals. Same with Alaska.

  14. That's true, although New Jersey does have some scenic areas as well, especially in the hills in the northwest corner. A lot of summer camps there (including the one where they filmed Friday the 13th).
