IT'S JUST THAT TOO MANY PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO GET IN. plenty of resources and space in South America, but also tons of corruption and criminal activity. CHINA IS NOT MUCH DIFFERENT THAN SOUTH AMERICA OTHER THAN BIENG MUCH WORSE.
