Film industries reflect the economic, social, and political environment of counties through the movies/films that they produce. It is a form of expression that connects to the viewers current situation. Feel-good, rags-to-riches, tearjerkers, and Avenger-type movies offer the cheapest temporary escape from reality where people get to imagine themselves as "superheroes".

Like hacking the government's system, or developing a malware to infect or shut down the system?

He is 51 years old. He might be experienced but he must've demanded higher salaries. Employers would be looking for younger, less-experienced candidates for less pay. As the first Lady in the video said, companies are looking for candidates with multiple skills for minimum salary. One worker doing the job of three people for the price of one. The guy's fault is his age and single set of skills. Workers like that are dime-in-a-dozen nowadays with so many unemployed.

They're already trekking to the US-Mexican border as we speak. They're flooding Africa too, on those BRI projects.

They want to experience living in a condominium built on a barge and being shipped to Rwanda. A free cruise! πππ

Are you willing to drink the water used to wash your bride's feet, or cough up 60k USD to her family? If not, you're out of luck. π

The CCP doesn't want gainful employment for their citizens. It wants "paper employment" to make China's economic statistics look good on paper despite the job crisis. They defined "employment" as working for one hour minimum in a month to qualify, remember?

Correction: he is actually 41 y/o. Still too old for employers who prefer those below 35 y/o.

Three people for the salary of 3k yuan? That's called "multi-tasking" elsewhere. Employers maximize the labor they could squeeze from a single worker to cut cost and generate more profits. They know they can demand ("take it or leave it") because there will be takers desperate for jobs in a challenging job market. After spending years getting expensive education leading to Master's or PhDs, life outside the universities is a huge reality check for young graduates who must now step up to the society's huge expectations of them. I bet anxiety attacks and depressions are getting common in China right now.

Apparently, 9-9-6 is not enough for them. They want a 5-10-7 work schemeππ

Pay the dowry and you're good. Or wait for the CCP to allow OnlyFans through the firewall.

The CCP crackled down on education. Foreign language schools were closed down. English teachers were kicked out. Winnie the pooh wants to have his own version of the Cultural Revolution by purging the youth of "foreign influences and decadence".

Practically all of EU is aging and with declining populations. Same with Asia. Only few have that demographic sweetspot.

Every one is equal. Including Poverty and misery.
