  3. The meat must have come from government-owned cold storage used to stock food for calamities or war. Apparently, they overstocked and were now disposing of old stocks to make way for new batches. Somebody thought of earning a few bucks from waste instead of disposing it outright to the dumps.

  4. Actually, what the Bible say is "Do unto others what you want others to do unto you." Confucius' teaching was just a play of the Bible's but for the insertion of the word 'NOT'. Same principle: You reap what you sow.
