  2. If the Russians have indeed vacated the ZPP, then why doesn't someone from the West go in and remove the mines. After that, NATO should set up a no fly zone around the plant. This must include anti-missile weapons. If the Dude is correct and there is no attack on the plant at this time, then the experts need to go in there and secure the plant once and for all!!!!!!! Stop procrastinating!!!!!
