  1. 1:17 Good point, Dude. I've been saying that since Day 1 of this nonsense. Putin has siphoned so much of the military budget to pay for his yachts and gold plated toilet seats in his multiple castles, that there was nothing left for keeping his weapon systems and armed forces up to date. He invaded Ukraine with 1970s budget and weaponry. He's a total fool.
