  3. I get what you mean about your mother. Mine had an injury on her foot, I told her time and again to get it seen by a doctor, but she refused. Later on the wound got infected, she started getting sick, and actually collapsed outside the doctor's office after a routine checkup. Had to be taken to the hospital in an ambulance. They almost had to amputate and remove her entire foot, but they managed to get to her in time and just removed all her toes. it was not a pretty sight when she came back.

  4.  @TheOfficialTarynTots  Well no one really wants to go to the doctor, I think it's a subconscious fear ppl have. After the examinations and blood tests, they're afraid the doctor's going to come in and say "You have (insert life affecting complication here)" No one wants to hear that. And kids don't want to go cuz they don't want to get shots. I wonder if Mitch can even think much about anything anymore. That zone out looked like his mind was being erased cell by cell.
