  1. Off topic comment- I have never heard of this laptop but just checked it out. I like the PCIe SSD, backlit keyboard and ability to shut off webcam, WiFi and IME. Have you tried to run PureOs Live on it? Lots of privacy "goodness" for the price! I use laptops designed for gamers when they are "on sale". They are heavy, built like a truck, but packed with many features for a low low price. I test dozens of distros and rarely have any issues. I "plug and Play" with a pocket filled ( 20 or so) with Gnu Linux loaded thumb drives. Good tutorial by the way! Waiting for the next one.
