We live in a good sized house but it has a minuscule kitchen, so anything we look at, we must think about space and what will go out in order for that new thing to come in. Once we got the hang on it, not so bad. i have a steel pan like that and moved it into my camping gear because I wasn't sure how to season it. I'll look into trying it inside! Thanks so much.
