  1. I know many serving police officers. The job is anything but easy, with quotas/deadlines, bureaucracy and paperwork, etc. Morale is low. They can't be everywhere all the time. Austerity didn't help. So many are fed up they're leaving the profession. The politicians have got a lot to answer for. At the next general election, I will be sending a strong message at the ballot box.

If thousands of these young men stay in the Middle East, they will experience poverty, which may lead to extremism and could go on to threaten Israel. Allow them into West, where they start a new life, prosper, and even absorb the benefits of living in a secular society
