@_UCS_SwapnilSahaiSrivastav The problem is, these people were not on the shoulder of the road where your car breaks down. They were not anywhere near a car. They were in the median and they were clearly running. They were also two blk individuals who looked very suspect. I don't care from what part of the world you are from. Those are all red flags.

@EricaGamet "Naive"? This is straight stupidity. No one is out in the middle of a free way asking for a ride unless they're on the run from the cops. These people are beyond dumb.

@nunyabidness323 For whatever reason the last guy stayed in jail for almost 2 months. I agree their bonds were way too low, especially since two of them had priors. The sentences were all jokes.

So these guys steal, lead cops on a high speed chase, run across the freeway, disrupt traffic, nearly carjack a guy and NONE do any jail time outside of time served??? This is Broward County for you. A big blue county in a red state.

@abhissri6666 Yes, you do have time to think it through. You're in a car with LOCKS. You LOCK the car, then assess the situation. That is of course only if you're that dumb. If you're of even mediocre intelligence, you immediately say no.

@mcvet57103 I have a fob and so do many other people I know. It does not work that way. The fob does not let you automatically unlock the door. Some models allow you to unlock it if you press the fob against the handle, but otherwise it stays locked.
